Using Bojagi

Each Luffa Haru gift set is wrapped in a bojagi, a traditional Korean cloth for gift-wrapping.

Used in place of wrapping paper, it allows the gift wrap to be used again.

Rethinking how we package things

Most gift wrap is used once and discarded.

Bojagi offers another way - reusing the gift wrap, as it has been done over centuries.

Reusing the bojagi

After unwrapping your Luffa Haru gift set, use the bojagi:

  • to wrap another gift

  • to wrap a small item for travel, or

  • for creative or craft use.

Care

For reuse as gift wrap, the bojagi can be ironed dry or lightly steamed.

If used as a household cloth, it is best to be soaked in warm water and washed to soften the fabric and improve absorbency.
